Nagle was named to the 2023 NFHCA All-America third team after leading the field hockey team to its second consecutive Liberty League Championship. A tenacious two-way midfielder, she recorded two goals and a two assists and a defensive save. Nagle scored in overtime to lift the Herons over Susquehanna in the first round of the NCAA tournament and logged her defensive save in the second round against eventual national champion Middlebury.
