A runningback, Webb was named a D3football.com third team All-American in 2013. He rushed for a league-high 1,443 yards and a Hobart season record 20 touchdowns. Webb averaged a league-best 7.1 yards per carry. He also caught 10 passes for 102 yards. Webb ranked eighth in the nation in rushing touchdowns, 13th in rushing yards, 19th scoring (10.9 ppg), and 25th in rushing yards per game (131.2). He rushed for 100-plus yards seven times in 2013, picking up a career-high 207 yards at Dickinson.

A four-time All-Liberty League first team pick and a two-time D3football.com All-East selection, Webb finished his career with 3,976 rushing yards (third on Hobart's all-time list), 53 rushing touchdowns (1st), 36 receptions for 492 yards and three touchdowns, and one kick return for a touchdown. He also holds the Statesmen career record for touchdowns (57) and ranks second in all purpose yards (5,367).
