McQuillen was named to the 2021 United Soccer Coaches All-America Second Team. She started all 22 games, recording 33 points on 11 goals and 11 assists. McQuillen logged a career-high four points on two goals in a victory over Clarkson. In the Herons' season opener against Oneonta, she notched three assists. McQuillen logged four game-winning goals.
