Keogh was named to the 2021 United Soccer Coaches All-America First Team. The Liberty League Player of the Year started all 22 games in 2021, leading the conference with 22 goals and 50 points, both William Smith season records. She was tied for sixth in the nation in total goals. Keogh had at least one point in 17 games, including goals in 16 of 22 games. Keogh logged five multi-goal games, including a career-high eight points on three goals and two assists against Oneonta. She had a team-high six game-winning goals, including two in the NCAA tournament.
