As a senior she was named honorable mention All-American. Smeader played all but 15 minutes in goal during her senior season, posting a 14-5 overall record with a 7.47 GAA and a .487 save percentage. Smeader is 14th in the nation in GAA.
As a junior she was named a first team All-American by USA Lacrose Magazine. She went 19-4 with a 7.58 GAA and a .485 save percentage.Â
During her sophomore campaign, Smeader was named a third team All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine at the end of her sophomore campaign. An All-Liberty League Honorable Mention selection, she ws 20-1-0 with a 6.90 GAA and a .500 save percentage. Smeader matched William Smith's single-season record with 20 wins. She finished the year sixth in the nation in GAA. Smeader made a season-high 13 save against Salisbury.Â
As a first-year, Smeader was named a USA Lacrosse Magazine Honorable Mention All-American. The starter in goal since Day 1, she was 18-1 during her rookie season, posting a 7.56 goals against average, ninth in the nation, and a .432 save percentage. The second team All-Liberty League pick made a career-high eight saves four times this season, including in the Liberty League Championship game. Her 18 wins this season are tied for second on William Smith's single season list.
