Hobart and William Smith Colleges Athletics

A defenseman, Bennett was a two-time USILA All-American. He was a second team selection in 1989 and earned first team All-America recognition in 1990. Additionally, Bennett was the winner of the 1990 USILA William C. Stiles Award (national defenseman of the year).
