Sauvayre was named to the D3soccer.com All-America third team at the conclusion of her senior season.Â
Sauvayre played in all 24 games in her senior season, starting 23. She finished the year with eight points on two goals and four assists. Sauvayre set up the game-winning goal in the season opening win over Hardin-Simmons. She scored a game-winning goal of her own in William Smith's 1-0 win over Rensselaer. Sauvayre anchored William Smith's defensive unit that finished the year ranked third in the nation in goals against average (0.29), and fifth in shutout percentage (.750). The Herons posted 18 shutouts while conceding just seven goals against the fourth most challenging schedule in Division III.Â

Sauvayre played in 21 games in 2018, recording three goals and an assist for seven points. All three of her strikes were game-winning goals She tallied the goals against St. Lawrence, Clarkson, and RIT. She anchored William Smith's defensive unit that held its opponents to nine goals this season. The Herons ranked 13th in the nation with a 0.42 goals against average. William Smith's defense posted 15 shutouts in 2018
