McMahon was named an honorable mention All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine. A first team All-Liberty League pick. McMahon has started all 20 games in the 2022 season. She had a career-high 34 goals and 55 points. McMahon is third on the team with 56 draw controls. A two-way midfielder, she led the team with 32 caused turnovers and was second on the team with 43 ground balls. McMahon recorded a career-high six points against Rochester. She had four caused turnovers against Rensselaer.
