Forde was named to the 2019 AFCA All-America first team, the D3football.com All-America first team and the Associated Press Division III All-America second team after leading the Statesmen to a 9-2 record. A starter in all 11 games, he produced a team-high 81 tackles, a league-high 21 tackles for loss, a team-high seven sacks, a pair of interceptions and a 19-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown. It's the first time a Hobart linebacker has been named a first team All-American by the AFCA.
