Frary is a two-time NSCAA All-America and D3soccer.com All-America selection. She was named to the NSCAA All-America second team in 2011 and the third team in 2012. Frary collected D3soccer.com All-America second team honors in 2011 and third team accolades in 2012.

A starter in all 20 games as a senior, Frary led the Herons, posting a career-best 25 points in her senior season. She scored nine goals and tallied seven assists. Frary ranked second in the Liberty League in points, tied for third in goals, and tied for third in assists. She also shared second in the conference with five game-winning goals.

Frary notched her first of three five-point games in the Herons' second game of the season. She produced two goals and an assist in a 4-0 win over UW-Eau Claire. Frary had a hand in every goal in a 3-0 victory at Clarkson, posting two goals and an assist. She was selected the Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week for the first time after notching nine points in wins over Vassar (2 g, 1 a) and Bard (1 g, 2 a). She earned the honor two more times during the season. Frary scored the game-winning goal in the Liberty League tournament championship, guiding the Herons to their sixth straight conference title. Frary was named the tournament's MVP and earned a spot on the all-tournament team. She also produced a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win over Penn-State Behrend in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Frary was named to the NSCAA All-East first team three times. Frary earned All-Liberty League honors four straight years. She has been named to the all-league first team each of the past three seasons.

Frary finished her career with 30 goals and 21 assists for 81 points in 86 career matches. She also recorded 10 game-winning goals in her four years. Frary ranks 10th on the William Smith list for career points and is tied for eighth in career assists.
