Bray was a two-time NSCAA All-American, earning first team honors in 1987 and 1988. She was the first William Smith soccer player to earn first team All-American honors in school history. Bray was a starter on the 1988 national championship team and the 1987 national championship runner-up squad. She established herself as one of the top defenders in the nation at the 1987 NCAA tournament when she was named the Defensive Most Valuable Player. Bray was also named the Defensive Most Valuable Player of the 1988 National Championship Tournament. She collected first team all-region and all-state honors in 1988 and second team all-state accolades in 1985. Bray was named to the elite ISAA National Senior Recognition Team which included Division I, II and III soccer players. She earned the Joseph N. Abraham Award for perseverance through injury in 1987.
