An IWLCAÂ first team All-American in 1998 and 1999, Krug led the William Smith lacrosse team to NCAA Division III Semifinals, helping the team to a 15-2 record with a team-high 81 points (53 gls., 28 asst.). The 1999 IWLCA Attack Player of the Year, she received numerous honors in her senior season including: first-team USWLA All-America, first-team NYSWCAA, first-team IWLCA All-Region, and NYSWCAA All-Tournament. She was one of 40 Division III players selected to the annual North-South All-Star teams. Krug finished her career ranked fourth in career points (210) and assists (72).
She also earned 1998 second-team All-America honors for the William Smith soccer team.
